These general conditions apply to ordering services/courses from Ecom Educate sweeden , 860513343101, Bondegatan, 34141 , , Sweden ("Ecom Educate sweeden").
By ordering a service/course provided by Mohamed Ahmed or by signing up for Ecom Educate sweeden e-mails, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (hereinafter the Terms). Ecom Educate sweedenreserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice.
1 Introduction Ecom Educate sweeden provides courses in starting your own online business (hereinafter the Service) and is mediated to the paying customer (hereinafter the Customer).
2. Order Before placing an order, the Terms and Conditions must be read carefully. Unless otherwise expressly stated, an agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into between the Customer and Ecom Educate sweeden when a completed order has been placed. After completing the order, Ecom Educate sweeden sends an e-mail to the e-mail address that the Customer has provided in connection with the order. The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address.
3. Payment Payment for the services provided by Ecom Educate sweeden is via card payment.
Payment of Services is handled by Ecom Educate sweeden.

4. Right of withdrawal According to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, you as a private customer have the opportunity to cancel your course registration within 14 days from the day on which we confirmed your registration (the cancellation period). To use the right of withdrawal, you must notify Ecom Educate sweeden via e-mail to support@vipbusinessonline.com during the Withdrawal Period. It is the Customer's responsibility to demonstrate that the right of withdrawal has taken place within the Cancellation Period.
Please note, however, that by accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to access digital content in the form of hours of recorded course material as well as ready-made legal and administrative templates. Therefore, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for (digital content) from the moment you get access to your digital content according to the law (2005:59) ch. 2. Section 10. Until you get access to (digital content), you have the right of withdrawal according to the general rules of the Consumer Contracts Act.
5. Rights Ownership and all intellectual property rights to Ecom Educate sweeden's products and services belong to Ecom Educate sweeden. Content of the training material provided by Ecom Educate sweeden is intended for paying participants only and may not be copied or distributed to any other person without the prior written consent of Ecom Educate sweeden. Digital training and associated training materials may not be made available or shown to third parties who have not paid a fee. The customer receives a time-limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use ordered training and for internal use.
You hereby agree that Mohamed Ahmed may use your results obtained from our courses such as marketing on social media, internet, PR.
You agree that the ownership of all materials and information provided by Mohamed Ahmed is confidential and constitutes Education Ecom Educate sweeden. All copyright and other intellectual property rights belong solely and exclusively to Ecom Educate sweeden. Such material and information may only be used by the Student after approval by Ecom Educate sweeden.
6. Force majeure Ecom Educate sweeden is prevented from fulfilling his obligations due to circumstances beyond his control, such as lightning, fire, war and government regulations, as well as errors or delays in services or products from subcontractors due to circumstances specified here, this shall constitute grounds for exemption leading to advancement of the time of performance and exemption from possible fines, damages and other penalties. Ecom Educate sweeden is not responsible for delayed delivery or course participants' costs incurred due to the above-mentioned circumstances beyond Ecom Educate sweeden's control.
